Salt Lake City Corporation vs. Skyler J. Collins (2019)

August 19th, 2016: We began renting our primary home through Airbnb and HomeAway, and continued for 3 years, ending August 15th, 2019 for personal reasons (kids were tired of being away and my mother-in-law, who performed our housekeeping with my wife, was getting stretched too thin with other employment obligations). We did some traveling but otherwise stayed at parents and in-laws while the house was rented. In that time we hosted over 130 groups from all over the world, and maintained an overall rating of 4.9 stars from 110 reviews.
